Upsert® Assist

What it does

Upsert® Assist connects Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to SugarAI so you can generate record summaries, update fields, draft emails, and identify action items without leaving the CRM. In-app prompts run against record-scoped context so the model only uses the data that is relevant to the task. You can also query CRM data from the native Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini interfaces through MCP. Admins choose which LLM providers and capabilities each team can use.
