Upsert® Engage for Dialpad

What it does

Upsert® Engage for Dialpad embeds Dialpad call controls in the Sugar UI so you can make and receive calls without the Dialpad desktop app. You can open Dialpad call history, text, fax, and voicemail from Sugar, update your Dialpad status, and save recording URLs on the Sugar call record. The add-on creates call records, relates them to the matching person and account, logs duration, and shows phone-number insights before you dial.
