Upsert® Engage for RingCentral

What it does

Upsert® Engage for RingCentral embeds RingCentral call controls in the Sugar UI so you can make and receive calls without the RingCentral desktop app. You can open RingCentral call history, text, fax, and voicemail from Sugar, update your status, and save recording URLs on the Sugar call record. The add-on creates call records, relates them to the matching person and account, logs duration, and includes Call Sheets for outbound campaigns.
