Upsert® BPM Essentials

What it does

Upsert® BPM Essentials adds SugarBPM process actions that update fields, including read-only fields, write comment log entries, and route records with preferred-agent logic based on Shifts and Shift Exceptions. It also adds admin dashlets for record process management, related SugarBPM assets, and triggered processes. The goal is to put more no-code workflow controls in the hands of Sugar administrators.
