What it does

Upsert® Engage connects SugarAI to CTI systems that support browser screen pop, including Avaya, Asterisk, and 3CX. It creates call records automatically, relates them to the matching people and accounts, and shows caller insights such as line type, location, and time zone before you dial. Call Sheets help you organize and run outbound call lists for campaigns and follow-ups.
